C. Andrew Head
AttorneyC. Andrew “Andy” Head is the owner and founder of Head Law Firm, LLC, practicing out of the firm’s Chicago office. His employment law practice spans over two decades, beginning when he represented corporations and employers as an associate then partner at the international law firm Holland & Knight, LLP, and now exclusively representing employees at the eponymous firm he founded in 2015. He is nationally known for his specialized expertise representing employees in overtime and unpaid wage class and collective action lawsuits under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage laws, serving as lead counsel, certified class counsel, and/or certified collective action counsel in various federal district courts around the country where he is directly admitted or by application for admission pro hac vice.
Mr. Head is a frequent faculty speaker and author for continuing legal education seminars by national organizations including the American Bar Association, Practising Law Institute, and the National Employment Lawyers Association, presenting on overtime case litigation, employee leave, and other various employment law topics. Mr. Head serves as a Chapter Editor for the Fair Labor Standards Act treatise published by the American Bar Association (“ABA”) and BNA Books, a Chapter Editor for the Georgia chapter the Georgia chapter of Wage and Hour Laws: A State-by-State Survey, published by the ABA and BNA Books, and as the FMLA Subcommittee Co-Chair for the ABA’s Federal Labor Standards Legislation Committee. He has been honored with selection by his peers to Super Lawyers every year from 2006 through 2019 and to Georgia’s Legal Elite almost every year since 2007.

Bethany Hilbert
AttorneyBethany A. (“Beth”) Hilbert joined the Chicago office of Head Law Firm, LLC as a Senior Associate in 2017. She represents employees in all manners of employment law disputes with their current or former employers, focusing primarily on helping salaried and hourly employees recover the overtime pay or minimum wages owed to them under the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA") and similar state overtime and minimum wage laws that protect employees from wage theft and other "wage and hour" violations.
Prior to joining the firm, Beth spent thirteen years advising employers on employment practices and policies with respect to all aspects of the employer/employee relationship and representing both employers and employees in litigation involving employment matters such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims under both federal and state law, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and on federal and state overtime and other unpaid wage claims. Beth is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Section, and is a contributing author to the American Bar Association’s Federal Labor Standards Act cumulative supplement and Family and Medical Leave Act Subcommittee’s midwinter report.
