Andrew Head was Lead Counsel for the 104 Bakery, Deli, Hot Foods and Meat Managers employed by Roundy's d/b/a/ Mariano's grocery stores who filed Consents to join the FLSA overtime collective action, alleging unpaid overtime while working as salary-paid grocery store department managers. On February 3, 2026, U.S. District Judge Matthew Kennelly entered an Order granting final approval of the $3,333,333 collective action settlement for the 104 individuals who submitted Consents to opt in to join the DePyper v.
