C. Andrew Head was Lead Counsel for the salary-paid department managers at Hannaford grocery stores who filed Consents to join the FLSA overtime collective action or were otherwise covered by the Maine, Massachusetts and New York class action claims in the case, alleging unpaid overtime while working as salary-paid grocery store department managers. On August 27, 2026, U.S. District Judge Lance E. Walker entered an Order granting final approval of the $8,875,000 class/collective action settlement for the 456 individuals who submitted Consents to opt in to join the Vye v. Hannaford Bros. Co., LLC case and the additional Maine, Massachusetts and New York class members covered by the settlement. To review the Court's Order approving the settlement in the case, click HERE.
