Overtime, Set Team Members/Team Leads – SETTLED
On July 2, 2020, Judge Mays of the Western District of Tennessee entered an Order granting final approval of the $1,575,000 settlement for Set Team Members and Team Leads who alleged unpaid overtime during the periods they were classified and paid by the company as exempt from the overtime laws.
